Cake<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>130 g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 g raw brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp whiskey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 g Einkorn flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1+ cup blueberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Combine flour, sugar, and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the butter in pieces and combine with your hands until well incorporated and crumbly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form a ball and refrigerate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Cake<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat oven to 350F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a larger bowl, combine butter and sugar until creamy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until smooth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add whiskey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add flour mixture and mix just until incorporated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Line a 9\u201d round baking dish with parchment paper, add the batter to the pan, and smoothen the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add blueberries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the topping batter out of the fridge, break up, and distribute evenly over the cake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 35 min
