Ingredients
- 100 g Buckwheat flour
- 100 g all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking power
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 350 g buttermilk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Bake in butter one spoon full at a time until golden brown
- Serve with mascarpone creme, raw honey, or maple syrup
