Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 100 g Buckwheat flour
  • 100 g all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking power
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 350 g buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Bake in butter one spoon full at a time until golden brown
  3. Serve with mascarpone creme, raw honey, or maple syrup
